Re: 19.6mph
With a new replacement battery it takes about 20-30 or more charge cycles to get near full power and with a less than a best situation ( replacing only one battery in a 6 year old pack? ) you may end up with a new prematurly weak battery by over charging trying to bring rest of pack up to full voltage? I know its great to have a batterys replaced under warentee but when one goes bad ( especially on 12 volt ) they should have replaced ALL as you will be replacing others very soon?

Re: 19.6mph
An 04 DS shouldn't have 12 Volt Batteries. It should have 8 Volt Batteries

Re: 19.6mph
Good catch Tahoe Dawg I wondered about that but whats coming from some dealers and what is normal can be two different things? Like I have seen two NEW PRESEDENTS with Interstate batterys right from dealers??? I know I will hear about this but in my estimation that would be a new low for CC installing Interstate batterys from factory?

You would be amazed at what dealers do to make a buck.

Re: 19.6mph
OM.... I wouldn't be surprised.. but as of right now, Club Car is only using US and Crown from the factory. FIXER.... You're exactly right, but squeezing 4 12 Volts into the old configuration of battery cages is more of a task than converting the new style to accomodate the 8-volts. Anybody who would go to that much trouble to make something worse deserves a swift kick in the you know what.

Re: 19.6mph
You have a bill of sale for 19.6? I would threaten BBB and get what you paid for.
