Default All Sports Lift Kit Parts

My dad has a CC precedent with an All sports Lift on it. The eye bolt or Tie rod end whatever you call it that bolts into the end of the lower A frame and attaches to the lower end of the spindle, broke. Where can I get this?

It's called a heim-joint. You can probably find one at a tractor shop.

FYI. All sports will not sell it to me because I am not a dealer. They told me to call Everything Carts and now they are calling All Sports to get pricing. This process sometimes is irritating. It reminds me of dealing with a government entity. It seems like a common enough part that everyone that sells the lift would have it on their website or better yet why cant All sports sell it to me?

I don't see this as a big deal, just order the part from the dealer. The manufacturer may help with information but will generally steer you to the dealer level.
If you've ever tried to get parts for your appliances, cars or electronic equipment direct from the manufacturer, they all direct you to the dealers who specialize in small quantity orders.

Still nothing. That is why its a big deal! I can not find individual parts for the lift kit online anywhere and the one place All Sports told me to call has not called back. I somewhat understand manufacturers only selling to dealers, but when it comes to replacement parts, why cant they just send me the thing. It probably doesn't even cost $10. It is not like it is some proprietary part!

Allsports only sells to dealers. If Allsports sell the parts to you then his dealers feel like they have been lied to and it takes money out of their pocket. Right now in the industry theres a number of manufacturers selling to their dealers AND at the retail level. When you do that it puts you in direct competition with each other and you can't win up against the manufacturer. Allsports doesn't want to be their dealers competition, they want to be the supplier.

If you can't get help from them raise hell or go to another dealer.
