Default Lestronic II charger blows fuse every time I hook it to my golf cart

I have a Lestronic II charger and every time I plug it to my 1988 Club Car golf cart it blows the fuse. The cheapest I've found the fuse is $10 so at 10 bucks a pop I need a solution. I have since rewired the cart because I had someone tell me that severly corroded battery cables can cause too much resistance & blow a fuse. Well I replaced all the cables and forward/reverse switch (because it was in bad shape too) and bought another $10 fuse but it still immediatly blew when I plugged it to my cart. Please help!

Also I used a multi meter and there's 110 volts going in to the relay but none coming out.

If your talking about the fuse on front of charger CC #1012151 $9.04 behind clear cover it usually means that the diodes have gone bad? CC #1015914 $19.20?
Go to following site for trouble shooting guide from Lester to find out for sure? Be ready with model numbers and serial number to confirm which charger you have. Hope this help out?
