Default Yeah... I know.. Off-topic...but...

Sorry... There's no section designated to the question I'm about to ask. I knew if I posted it in here I'd have a good chance of getting some help... I need a wiring diagram for a 2001 GEM car... The customer installed new batteries and claims it won't run... He brings it to us dead, dash torn out of the car, wires hanging everywhere, and with no keyswitch... well... he has a keyswitch, but it's in a cardboard box on the seat.... I have no idea where to start with this thing and I'd love to have a diagram for it. If anyone could help me please send me a PM and I'll be in touch. Thanks!

Thanks Scotty.... Just email them to me if you don't mind. You're right those are a little small. It's a 4 seater model with a little box on the back of it, looks like a big rubbermaid container. I'll take a picture of it tomorrow. This is my first experience with one of these things and all I can say is wow. It wouldn't be so bad if the customer hadn't demolished the dash and wiring before bringing it to us. My email is David@tsagolf.com

Yeah I need to reconfigure my scanner So to hurry things up a bit I just sent you the whole service manual.... maybe we can trade? Scotty

The 4 seater is better than the 2 seater for batteries..... We use AGMs (AGM31) in those sukkas because nobody who owns them wants to check the water.

Just replaced a 10month old set of Trojans in one of those. DRY and smoked.

Tahoe, I know I am late to the game but....... when all else fails, the tech folks at GEM are really SUPER helpful..... They have walked me through 2 charger changeouts and 1 diagnosis (did you know the chargers in those have a heat sensor attached to a battery???) all at no charge to me.
