Default 1998 Club Car Regen 48 Volt OBC Reset

If I try to reset the OBC and the reverse buzzer will not sound with battery cables unhooked, does this mean the OBC is bad? I am told the OBC should still have some charge to make the buzzer sound. The cart charges fine but won't run. Wondering if that is the problem.

Also I fully charged the batteries today. They read 52 volts. When I check passenger side solenoid each side reads 24 volts. I check the contoller wire to the solenoid and it barely reads 2 volts. The driver side (negative side) solenoid show no voltage at all. Hopefully this helps in figuring out the problem. Bout to go crazy over hear!!

You should have pack voltage on at least on one large post on main solenoid as the total pack cable goes directly to solenoid? Where are you grounding your meter when doing this test? It should be from #6 battery ( drivers side rear batttery that has cable going through OBC ) "negative post" to large post on solenoid. This amounts to same as when you read pack voltage and got "52 Volts".
What is reason to reset OBC? Is it to try and make cart run or as from what you indicated OBC is working as you have fully charged batterys?
Does A-your solenoid click when cart is trying to run, or B-you have no sound?
