Welcome to BGW

how old are your batteries ??

and can you take a volt reading of your battery pack with a DMM meter, your battery pack volts might be to low for the charger to come on, or the OBC might need to be reset, or it might be bad.

tell us more about what happen, was every thing working ok and then stoped????

If the charger relay clicks and you hear it humming, it's on and tryying to charge. Check the battery voltage while the charger is humming. It should be higher than when it's disconnected. Also, check all the fuses, including the one in the charging recepticle.

Check out the Powerdrive charger manual download in the stickies at the top of this section. It has all the tests you'll need.

Keep us posted.

Mine did the same thing and I had one bad battery in the series. Check individual batteries for voltage. Once you find the culprit, replace it.

I had charged 2 batteries at a time til I got 35.7 volts across the series, tried running the car twice(which it did not), and it dropped to 30.1 volts. Individually, I had 3 batt's with 6.2 volts, 2 with 5.8 volts, 1 with 2 volts. Replaced the 2 volt battery and she runs like a champ now.

Before I replaced that low voltage battery, the charger would kick on a "hum", but the amps read nothing. After replacing the low voltage battery, the charger kicked on and was reading like 25 amps on the charger. It slowly worked its way down to about 5 volts before the charger kicked itself off.
