91 Elect surging
I have a 1991 36V electric cart that surges in forward only, I recently replaced the controller and repaired some wiring after a stupid move ( I had the frame welded without disconnecting the battery's ) I have not gotten the cart to run right since, I have replaced the controller and motor brushes, tore down the forward / reverse switch and cleaned all the contacts, load tested all the battery's, checked all wiring conections. Any ideas ?

Sorry, Found a loose wire connection on the solenoid.
