New PQ Stealth Speeds!!!
Ok, Im freaking out as I write this. Last post I posted speeds of 23.61. Today all I did was change differential oil from 80-90 Quicksilver to the recommended 30w, so I used Royal Purple Synthetic 10w-30. After taking it for my first straight away, I noticed the cart beginning to shake and motor winding at higher pitch sound. I new for a fact that the cart approached speeds it never experienced. So I went back to grab my gps. Top speed in KMH was 41.89 which translates into 26.03 mph . It did take an entire block to reach that speed. Also, I did press the accelerator forcefully. Can the accelerator pedal on the IQ be adjusted? I just cant believe that gear oil will make all the difference of 2 mph. Lets see what it can do after the 4ga cables are installed next week.

Re: New PQ Stealth Speeds!!!
Not sure you will add much with the 4 gauge cables, but when you put that new Alltrax in you will see the difference again.

Re: New PQ Stealth Speeds!!!
Thanks LH, I know that the controller will give me more torque allowing me to get to top speed faster. But would it also give me some more top speed? Thanks for your help man. Oh one more thing, do your recommend me going to 2guage if I go with 500 Altrax? thx

Re: New PQ Stealth Speeds!!!
According to Alltrax spec sheet, they recommend 2 gauge at 500 amps, but you can get by with 4 gauge.

Easy
Not sure if this is the correct controller, just was looking for some info regarding wire size, look at the wiring diagram and you will find it. http://www.alltraxinc.com/files/DOC1...Q-WIRE-DIA.pdf |

Re: New PQ Stealth Speeds!!!
Thanks Chevy, just following your recommendation. LH, I see that. I'm definitely going to 2ga with 500 alltrax. Think that setup vs. the 400all, will do better in low speeds in terms of "heating up". Since it is a larger box and I'll keep the output down to 80% bout 400amps might just be better at the RV park. As CC recommended, he has not troubles running at low speeds with similar setup.
