Re: wire size and color
Is cart a 36 volt or has it been converted to 48 volts? Stock was 36 volt and if so I may be able to help you with specific wiring colors? What part of cart do you need info on? Are you just looking for complete diagram or something like F&R wiring, battery wiring, resistor wiring, motor wiring etc?

Re: wire size and color
I didnt want to confuse you but so many of older 36 volt carts have been converted that I always check? Your cart should have V Glide and 5 resistors with 6-6 guage wires between them? Again many have been converted in some manner to newer or older resistor set ups so have to check?
I have a very poor wiring diagram showing wires by color but not by guage that might be of some help but if you are rewiring whole cart anyway colors wont help much unless you want to be exact? If you go to Golf Cart Parts Direct and click on 1992-1996 and go to "Power Wiring 36 Volt V Glide" it gives wiring by guage and color down below picture. This gives a majority of wiring and with what you may already have in old wiring to check for guage I think you can complete wiring looms? Hope this helps. |
