1998 Club Car Regen//Dead End!
I need help real bad. I have a 1998 CC Regen 48v. Here are the symtoms:
No click on solenoid No audible tone on backup buzzer This car is DEAD Tried: Replaced the Controller Replaced OBC Replaced LT & RT Solenoids Replaced the V Glide Replaced the Run/Tow Switch Traced all the Wiring... No Broken Wires Batterys Check out Good |

Thanks for the reply. A funny thing happened the other day. I was testing things on it and was called away and forgot to turn the key off. I came back about 4 hrs latter to find the cart running (wheels turning). Luckily it was on jack stands. The controller was so hot it was melting wires along with the lt solenoid.

is it running now? if not repair burnt wires and replace solenoid..................

No, it's not running. I did replace the burned solenoid and repaired wires. Nothing I have done has changed any of the symtoms. Lucikly, I have a donor cart.

I've been sitting on this since October. Still nothing. I've switched the controller, OBC, both Solenoids, & Vglide. I'm trying to sell it. I give up!
