Default Need info on 05 CC seat bottom

I have been slowly putting together a trashed out 05 CC DS cart. The seat I recieved was all rotten. I was able to save the foam and the plastic seat handles. I cut new 3/4 plywood using the old rotten base as a pattern. I've installed new T-nuts. Now my problem is...when I install the plastic seat handles...and install it on the cart, it seems way too big. The plastic seat handles just don't fit down into the body side groves properly. I still have to get seat seat latches but the plywood sets a good inch over the body which seems to me the latches won't work. I will post up some pictures to hopefully show you guys what I'm talking about.

What I need is some close up pictures of how the black plastic handles bolt on to the seat base, how the seat base w/handles set down into the body and some measurements of the wood.

Thanks
ATV-RVr

REALLY!!!
That explains it...
Thats what happens when you get a pile of parts and you try to build a cart. So I guess I have to get the correct CC parts.
Thanks very much

there you go ATV-RVr, a new used seat bottom and back that will fit. Ask around in the carts and parts section and see if anyone has the hip restraints and hinges.
