Default At Rest Voltage Should Be What?

My Club Car is a 36 volt. I recently had a charger issue and now have it fixed. After reconnecting the charger I have been, each day, taking a voltage reading. The readings are running in the 32 volt range each and every day. I think it should be higher but I do not know for sure. The batteries are 9 years old. Thanks for any help.

Take a volt meter and check each batterie and check the complete pack. Please post the results. To Check the batteries need to be charged and let set for 12 hours before testing. You can also after they are charged check the batteries with Hydrometer. You can purchace one at the local auto supply.

I dont think anyone here is going to try to give you advise on 9 year old batteries. You only get about 5 years as a general rule on the best set of batteries. I think it may be time for a battery job.

Sorry JLmurphy, we posted at the same time.
