I'm not sure what you have here. The Controller and the pb-6 needs to be matched to the controller which has to be matched to the cart voltage. There is more to it than to take an old TD controller and stuff it in CC. ( It's a bit like I need a transmission so I got one from a dodge that I'm gonna put in the honda? If that makes sense?) Is there any identifying #s on the controller so we can collectively try to identify it? If you can put up some numbers then maybe someone can tell us what you are working with

First you need to know the specs of your controller, what voltage(s) will it operate on? What type of throttle signal does it require?5k-0, or 0-5k ohms? After you know this then you can buy potbox accordingly.

Default Hey roady89

Looks like you have a few diagrams handy. I need help on this: 88-03 electric club car wiring diagram with v-glide. I am installing a new FNR. The wiring diagram is pretty much how my layout is, but I have no detail on which wire connects to which connector on the FNR. Can you help?

OK, Scottyb. I may have jumped the gun. My Taylor Dunn is a model 62-205-00 24-36 volt Serial#214623 current is 400A The controller only has two places on the uper left hand side to connect smaller wires. I went to the Taylor Dunn web site but could not find anything. No place to search parts #. The controller was free so if the controller wont work with the pb-6 I`ll just eat it. If anyone knows a way to hook it up, Please let me know. Thank You...........................................This is for the 1993 36 Volt Club Car

I'm not good at this but roady, nate and a few others are. You may need to test the output of the pb6 (if unknown) and Identify the needs of the TD controller. Did you google that TD # ? And find a wiring diagram for the thing!

I have an 89 clubcar 36v that the f/r switch shorted out and caught fire several years ago. In rush to put it out I unhooked all the wires to switch and don't know how they go back as this was so long ago. I looked at the diagrams available on hear but nothing details the f/r switch. thanks

HI,
I have a 2003 Club Car four seater and am having some difficulties. The forward reverse switch is over extended and the cart does not move when in gear but I can hear the clicking of the motor. Is there a fuse that may be out or does anyone have a diagram for the forward reverse switch? I think something is not sticking correctly but I have nothing to go off so i don't know.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum applej6...................

Can you describe "forward reverse switch is over extended" a little more.

With the pedal depressed a little, move the forward/reverse lever from side to side and wiggle it to see if the cart moves or jumps any.

Let us know.
