Default Problem with V-Glide to MCOR conversion

I live in South Africa and am in the middle of a conversion on my 2000 DS 48V Series cart. The local import agent for Club Car provided me with the parts for the conversion including the 2 pin plug(part # 101936801) and 3 pin plug (part # 101920101) that connect to the MCOR, however, neither of these plugs was supplied with the internal female electrical connecting pins. The agent is unable to assist in obtaining these. Can anyone assist with info as to where the pins can be purchased. I have a friend in Florida who could order on my behalf. Many tks.

SORRY LOOKS LIKE You may have to find a old wiring loom and cut the ends off to give you what you need I'm afraid? The #101920102 Plug adapter according to parts catalog can be used with the #10194231 3 pin receptical that is used on 2000-2005 36 volt V GLIDE unit, but I cannot find a part number for the 2 pin plug #101936801 adapter unless you order a whole wiring loom??
Maybe some one else has a better answer but it doesnt show in parts book that I can see?

Spot on Scottyb, the conversion kit is not available locally so I got all the parts from the agent, just stuck with the plug problem. I have tried to locate an old harness to butcher but no luck so far. I presume the conversion kit is NOT offered by Club Car, as it was not offered to me as an alternative to the individual parts !!

I assume CC does offer it. The price looked like a number a dealer would make up, big enough alright. Tdawg will know what you need to do this. I suspect he will be by tonight.

does the connector have a manufacturer's name &/or part number? amphenol, tyco, molex, etc?

heres some automotive connectors from mouser. link replacement pins are available for a lot of connectors, but will likely require some sorting through. farnell might be a closer source for you. http://export.farnell.com/
cheers!

The connectors are available from Club Car, but the pins themselves are not. The complete kit however, is definitely available from Club Car. Just out of curiousity, your name isn't Raymond is it? We do business with a gentleman in South Africa.
