I'm still learning how the system works. I think the micro switches send the volatage to the solinoids and activates them. Just because there're clicking doesn't mean the're working. I think you mentioned jumping the first one with no results so I would look at the rusty terminals on the F&R. It looks from the pictures that it may have overheated do to a bad connection and could cause the contacts to recede and not make contact. If you understand how it all works you can bypass a few things to test, just make sure the wheels are off he ground and you have a quick way to disconnect.
Good Luck!

I think I found the culprit. Looks like one of the terminals on the 2009 batteries had came loose. And I could not tighten or remove the wingnut. I wound up cutting it off with a cut off wheel, and installing a marine batter post connector with another wingnut.

I also cleaned up and fixed several other connections that were in need or new ends, or just rusty. I tested after all of those, but what seemed to be the fix was the terminal itself.

Cart seems slow right now, but I'm wondering if it wasn't getting fully charged the last few times.

I'll keep you all updated. I'm going to run it down this weekend and give a fresh charge then see what it does.

Also check your pack voltage and compare it to the state of charge readings in the stickies. If your batteries are charged up you may have another issue.

Ok well I was wrong. I was running around since about noon on it, and now it won't go again.

Solenoid??? It's gotta be?

Did some more testing... jumped the solenoid... nothing still.

I also took the bus bar off and cleaned it up.

I tried with the key off and I hear 5 micro switch clicks.

With the key on I heard 5 LOUDER clicks.

I'm hoping these are more clues?
