Make sure you didn't knock one of the wires off of the Tow/Run switch when you were installing the controller. Make sure it's in the run position, and double check to make sure the OBC is plugged in securely at the 6-pin connector.

Get a multimeter, man! You got the best CC tech in the country helping you for free and he may need to ask you what the voltage is here or there?!

All you sparkie guys who want to upgrade your carts Buy a dang Digital Multimeter... they are as little as $5 at HF .... not that I would trust one under $40 But Okay? Comeon!

No one said anything about a multimeter? All it was was the diode was flipped wrong. (Shoulda known better). But after hunting season I'm upgrading to a new motor. Any suggestions?

From what all I've read on BGW, Plum Quick is the way to go. I pulled my stock motor off of my DS IQ this weekend and going to send it to them to get reworked. I plan on using my cart for hunting. Where I hunt I need a motor with some torque. For $225.00 I think you can't beat it.

What are you looking for? Higher speeds or more torque. Maybe a little of both? If you are gonna use it for hunting you might want a high torque motor. I would give Plum Quick a call and let them know what you want. They will set you up just fine! Ask for Robby. He is a wealth of information.

2 for PQ. And under $300!? Well I think I've found my solution. Just need some more responses and I'll make my decision from there.

And I'm thinking a little of both easydoesit. I need torque for the hills and rocks on playtime. But top end is nice when I'm on the street. A bit of want over need. If I could get both without a loss of either one that'd be amazing!

I hear you bud. With your new controller and "the bandit" motor, you will have a hard time wiping the grin off your face. Good luck!
