LOL, that's funny, I can imagine the customer walking in and you all jumping on the cart trying to get the batteries out

Yeah, breaking thermometers was a fun thing to do as a kid. Got a kick from seeing all those silver balls all over the palm of my hand. Reminds me of the liquid metal dude from "Terminator". Cool to see what it does to gold as well. Kind of reminds me of what salt water does to an EZGO frame. Even before coming out of the dealership.

Yeah they corrode. I've seen one almost as bad. I like the plastic battery box like I've seen in the STAR carts(not the cart).

TAHOE DAWGZ71 Did you crack the case of any of the batterys by that trampoline exersize? I had a call last week from some joker about repairing the bottom of TWO of his NEW TROJAN T-890's that he put the jack into while putting in lift kit?? He thought that anywhere on bottom would be OK because "its supposed to be all metal" and he got shafted by CC factory? Also strange thing Trojan "wont adjust batterys" for him either so he's mad at them and is getting the shaft from both companies? Now he's going to trade in for a Yamaha that salesman told him "has complete metal floor" and also told him he would "warentee any battery regardless of what happens"? Great salesman HUH??? Sucker born every day?

Wow what an idiot that guy must be.....

OLDMEC.... No I didn't crack anything, I took the plate off of the jack and made sure it was a perfect flat surface with no sharp edges. They popped right out.

David what do you think about the possibility of using a sacrificial anode as sonicj suggests? Would it work like it does in a water heater or not because the acid is randomly spilled on the cart frame?
