Default 48V Carryall 2 cuts off randomly???

I have an 07 48V Carryall 2 with an on board charger and sometimes when I step on the gas pedal the cart will move a couple feet, lose power and coast another foot then the regen will lock up and the cart will skid to a stop. This only occurs when I first step on the gas pedal...the cart will never cut off after I get going after the first 5-10 seconds. I have a IQDM on the way that i just purchased but in the mean time I brought the cart to a friend that hooked up his and it was throwing out a bad throttle code. I replaced the MCOR hoping that would solve my problem but sure enough it still cuts off at random times. Its so weird because I can drive around for hours without a problem but when I take my foot off the gas pedal and I hear the solenoid click off then press on the gas pedal that is when I encounter the cut-out. And its not like the cart wont go...the solenoid will click and i will get power to the controller and out to the wheels but after I move 4-5 feet I lose power and the regen braking kicks in. All my connections are tight, wiring is good and at this point im sure its not something simple like a loose connection somewhere. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Got it figured out. The magnet in the speed sensor had a small crack in it.

Im sure my problem was a cracked magnet as it rides smooth and the problem is gone. The cracked magnet in the speed sensor also caused the cart to shake when I first would step on the gas pedal. It would shake until I got up to about 8mph and then ride smooth, the times that it didnt cut off. Sure enough when I put the new speed sensor magnet on the armature it takes off smooth and no more cutting out. How cold are you talking about that it affects your cart? Do you store your cart outside?
