here I found pictures of the motor..if you can figure out what it is or talk to Robby and have him look up my file..I would highly recommend it. The purple motor was the first upgrade...It was a 36V stock reworked by PQ and then stuck into a 48V cart. It was a vast improvement...but then we went with the red motor in the pictures...That was the monster. Tons of torque with the 700A controller and 4 gauge wires all around. At the time there was no names for these motors from PQ so as I said...just call and ask Robby or refer him to this thread with the pictures...or maybe he would remember but that was over a year ago which is why it has a "research and development" label on it.

thanks for the repley oxfordland.
the purple one is called the bandit which is stock reworked.
the green one is the executioner and the red is the assassin.
i starting with the bandit. for 225.00 they rework your stock motor.
4gauge wire work ok with that motor? no hot wires? i was going to put #2 on but if 4 will work i will go that way . less green

no sir never a hot wire. It was never driven long and hard in any dirt and mud, but just an occasional run thru a field thats all. But on street the motor never got too hot to touch and the cables never even got warm, and that thing was driven for many many miles at a time, as golf carts are a way of life where we live. Too bad you weren't closer, I have that purple one sitting in the garage and it will probably never get used. It was a reworked 36V motor, that one allowed the cart on stock tires to do 25 on a flat run, but loaded up with a couple adults and crap in the bed of the cart, it would hold about 22..not too shabby.

oh.. i seen his cart has a shift knob and thought it was a series cart, had it in my head that i couldnt use it.

oxford, if you dont think you will ever need it, i might be interested in that motor if it would work with my current stock 2005 IQ (12mph).. i'm not terribly far from you. would u prefer cash or..... interesting trades? lol

If thats a bandit motor, it will fit a 2002 and up Club Car IQ with 10 spline differentials. Check out their website of you haven't already.
