From you readings #5 battery is for sure shot and possibly #3 as well? Hydrometer tests should confirm condition.
BE SAFE when operating cart on jack stands be very careful not to rev motor too high ( few seconds only ) or you might be in danger of flying parts as motor self destructs? I have seen motor parts cut clear through seat board and upholstery and sticking up in air above in general area of drivers behind?

Okay. I have replaced #3 and # 5 batteries. All voltage checks are the same give or take a 1/10th on the volt meter. Thanks for the help. The hydrometer confirmed the volt meter readings.

The new question is ... Should I replace the brushes in the stock motor (1992) or start planning for a replacement? I will be going to 22" tires and have already put on the 6" lift. It will be used for cruising the neighborhood and running to the golf course driving range. the neighborhood consists of paved, shell rock and mowed grass roads. The trail to cutover to the golf course is about 500 feet long and is packed dirt. Any suggestions?

Start with a cable, Controller, & solenoid upgrade. This way you will have the power you need if you decide to go with a bigger motor later.... or do a voltage upgrade ? Lots of options
