Just a hint when doing rear lift I always mark and remove ALL the cables at motor and put nuts back on to prevent damage to studs if axle moves around.
NOTE--When removing cables at motor use TWO WRENCHES, ONE ON BOTTOM NUT ( next to motor so stud cant rotate breaking wires inside ) and other on nut on top of cable to remove. I even add extra nuts so stud threads are fully covered to protect.
ALWAYS USE GOOD SOLID SUPPORTS "JACK STANDS" ETC ON SOLID GROUND UNDER BODY SUPPORT POINTS because electric carts can weigh up to 1000 pounds? I lost a close friend by block slipping so be careful.

I used jack stands to hold up the cart and a floor jack to hold the axle, but your right about doing one at a time.
