Help!!
I replace the F&R switch and mistakingly switched the red and black wire on the passenger side. I heard something crackle. I put the wires on the correct way and now I get nothing. I did not see a fuse anywhere. The solenoid does not even click in Neutral, forward or reverse.

Is there a protect diode somewhere. If so I cant see it unless it is under the solenoid.

It looks like on the wiring diagram I had the #1 and #2 wire switched. I turned the key on put it in reverse. That is when I heard the crackle sound.

The fuse is for the charger. If yours does not have a club car charger, there may have been changes made to use another charger and OBC.

Thanks for that info. Looks like someone took out the fuse and used a wire nut to put those 2 wire together.

The F&R micro-switch was like fried and now you have no solenoid activation....

Everybody ~ You must make diagrams of the batteries noting all the connections showing what color color wires going where no matter how simple this looks it can be very unforgiving! I have seen $500 controllers smoked in a nano second of inattention....

Is that the micro switch mounted on the F&R switch or the one that is activated with the throttle pedal. The F&R switch that I replaced did not have a micro switch on it. Looks like it was by passed. The cart worked fine before today. The reason I replaced the F&R switch was the plastic that holds the post on the drivers side was broken so the post kept comming out. I had to tape it in. Once I received the new switch today I replaced it and made that wiring error. I do hear a micro switch on the throttle pedal but the solenoid is not activating.

There is a micro switch in the V-glide....

Do you have a Voltage tester ?

Test the solenoid activation circuit at the 2 small solenoid terminals. One test lead on each small terminal when you press the peddle you should have the pack voltage 36 or 48v... If no ~ Check the V-glide micro switch... kinda hard to say though with your cart being cannibalized?
(no micro-switch at the F&R)
