Replacing F&R Switch
I have a 1990 36v club car cart. The F&R switch is bad. I ordered a new one and the photo of the new switch shows a micro switch at the top. My current F&R switch does not have that. I am also missing the back up beeper. I looked at the wiring diagram on this Forum but it is not detailed enough for me to know about the micro switch on the F&R switch and the back up beeper installation. Also where can I find a back up beeper.

Re: Replacing F&R Switch
Welcome to BGW! Yes the micro switch is for the back up beeper... They probably have one wherever you got your F&R? Yours may still be on the cart behind the drivers seat on the frame?

Re: Replacing F&R Switch
Thanks, will check behind seat. Is there a wiring diagram to show how to re-connect back up beeper.

Yes. I also think something is missing on top of the charger socket. There are 2 holes to mount something. May be fuse holder I am not sure.

Re: Replacing F&R Switch
There is supposed to be a big glass fuse on top of the receptacle. Click on the pic below:

Re: Replacing F&R Switch
Is that fuse show in any schematic diagram or can you tell me what the connections would be. I can install a fuse holder and fuse but don't know what it protects. That picture is great and more of them will help me get the wiring back to stock. I just bought this from a neighbor and he did not know if any changes had been made.

Re: Replacing F&R Switch
Can you post pics of what you have going there... that might be the easiest way (for us)
