From your reading you only have one battery ( 12.5 Volts which is only 80% of charge ) while others battery at 11 and 10.5 are completely dead ( lowest 10 % reading is 11.5 Volts ). If these readings were taken after charger had turned off "by itself" and you waited at least "one hour" before taking readings you are a candidate for a 8 volt conversion? To confirm battery conditions get a single float temperature correcting hydrometer ( NOT A MUTI FLOAT ANTIFREEZE TESTER ) and check each cell in each battery and compare with readings found in Stickies Titled ( State Of Charge Readings ).

So there is no surface charge left and so your posted reading are correct, IF THE CHARGER HAD SHUT OFF ON ITS OWN? In that case to confirm battery conditions I would do hydrometer test and BE READY FOR NEW SET OF BATTERYS I"M AFRAID?

I always try and get batterys as near as possible to my location as batterys shipping weight along with being hazardous materials pushes costs sky high.
