Default Need some advise,,,,,,,,,,

Guys how do you get decal glue and small pieces of white off of black finish without messing up the paint? Tried a bunch of stuff without any luck. Frank

If its on a golf car body I use regular paint thinner.I soak it with paint thinner and then take a razor blade and it just takes the glue right off.
