Re: club car solenoid problem
Sequence as follows
1-key switch 2-F&R control ( if lever type SERIES MOTOR ) has micro limit switch on back that locks out power when in neutral. ( If rocker switch SHUNT MOTOR internal controller activated ) 3- speed control ( if V Glide unit "PIE SHAPE under drivers seat ) has micro switch inside. 4- solenoid itself ( note if solenoid has been changed diode could be in wrong direction ) or just plain defective? "not getting power to solenoid" how are you testing? 5-OBC has grounding contact from solenoid to battery pack negative. |

Re: club car solenoid problem
GLEEMO you are so correct, I so often "ASSUME" when I shouldnt that the owner has checked his batterys condition, cables and connections, etc, BEFORE POSTING? You know what happens when you ASSUME ANYTHING?????? Here I preach to make sure batterys are at full power and cables are sound and contacts are clean and then I skip the whole thing when answering this post? SHAME ON ME?
