Default 09 48v club car won't go forward or reverse

We just bought a 2009 48v club car w/ a high torque controller. We drove it yesterday with no problem. Parked it in the garage. Today my hubby found the tow/run switch so he switched it from run to tow and then back. Now the cart won't do anything. We have plugged it up to make sure it is charged. The lights, horn, signals all work but when switched on it won't go forward or in reverse. We don't even get the reverse buzz noise. It has the rocker switch forward/neutral/reverse. We have no idea what we are doing and need help. I'm really hoping we didn't buy a dud Thanks in advance for all your help!

Sounds like it may just be a loose wire , if all he did was flip the switch.

Check all the wires on the switch , tap it gently a few times (wiggle wiggle).

Post Model number here !

Check first your run-tow switch for ( corrosion or loose wiring ) power flow in both positions, then check F&R rcker switch for ( corrosion or loose wires ) and power flow.
Dont know where you are from but we are near ocean and this is common problem. I might add that carts covered with plastic tarps for long periods of time do the same.
