Default Cart moves forward without pressing the accelerator

I have a 1994 club car 36v. Whenever I turn on the cart and put it in forward, the cart begins to slowly move forward without pressing the accelerator. It does not do this when I put it in reverse. I checked my manual and the troubleshooting guide suggested the accelerator rod may need adjustment. I adjusted it and still no luck. I've searched the forums here but couldn't find anything similar to my problem.

2 things have to go wrong for this to happen. 1 is the throttle not returning to zero position... the other is the solenoid constantly activated. Look in the V-glide for the problem. There is a micro switch in there that the throttle activates, which in turn, activates the solenoid. If the throttle is not returning to zero then that could be causing both things... You will be able to see when you get the cover off of the V-glide. Black pie shaped box at the end of the accelerator linkage. ( has 3 clips holding the cover on )

The reason it may not do it in reverse , is reverse is normally wired at 18 Volts , so half of what forward gets , therefore its not getting enough voltage to creep.
As scotty B says micro is stuck closed ,
