Default tire wobble

i recently installed a 3" jakes with 22" tires on my 05 DS IQ.. which i love! when installing the hubs back onto the spindles, i noticed that if i tightened the supplied nuts too tight, the tires had alot of resistance. so i just barely snugged the nuts and put the pin through the hole on the nut and let it ride.

i've noticed when driving on pavement that the front driver tire is off just a hair.. enough to look down and see it wobble a bit.. making the ride a tiny bit wobbly. so i swapped with a rear tire to make sure it wasnt the tire/wheel.. same outcome though on the front driver side. could this have anything to do with the nuts not being "tight" on the spindles or could i possibly have a slightly bent hub and never noticed it with the smaller tires? thanks guys.

When installing the hubs tighten the axle nut snug and then back it off about an /18 turn to the next cotter pin hole so the tire rotates freely... This should take any wobble from too loose of an install out of the picture.
