Default 96 48V Club Car Help!!!

Hi:

I have a 96 48V CC. Charged each battery after winter. Got new cables, and charger receptacle...Hooked up to Charger and charger came on like normal. Went to use, and a little stumbling then NOTHING. Hooked back up to charger and read (0) but low humming...let stay for a while, and went to try and go again, and no stumble just nothing. Let me add that I heard the Solenoid click before, and now nothing, and when I place in reverse I have a buzz until I press the accel pedel and then no buzz. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Did battery charger run until it shut off on its own? Go to basics check and clean all battery cable connections, then check each battery for charge with digital meter and then total pack voltage. Sounds like cable connections or batterys are causing problem?

Charger shut off on own. All batteries register 8.3-8.5 with 51 on the Pack. All batteries and posts were cleaned and has all new cables.

The strange part is how is stumbled 1st, did nothing 2nd, and most important is when placed in reverse I get the Buzz. then press pedel no buzz, let off pedel and buzz.

JUST for grins-
Try a OBC reset after charger has finished , then wait 15 minutes and try charging again.

Did U replace only Battery cables or all cables .
If U have a digital camera take a good picture of the battery well and post here !

GLEEMO:

I have 51v at the pack. Have all new battery cables and charging receptacle.

I tried reseting the OBC yesterday, but no go. However, it does now continue to buzz when lever is placed in reverse and pedel pressed vs. before buzz would quit when accel pedel pressed.

Still Stumped:-(

Yes, but I also replaced the Charger recepticle on the Cart under the driver side leg. Someone mentioned trying to reset the OBC. I followed the directions and the reverse buzzer went for the whole 5 min, and I tried twice, but still nothing

so did U let it go until it quit buzzing, thia is draining all the capacitors in the OBC and controller, so it wipes out the memory.
Let it go until it stops buzzing the wait 15 minutes (just for grinns) then reconnect.

So tell us the story behind the failure ... details help !!!

I'll give it a try...wait till stops then see.

The background details:

I Took off each battery from Cart before Winter. I Topped off w/ Distilled water and charged. Placed in house on wood. Ordered new 4 ga battery cables and charger recepticle (in cart because old one had the prongs coming out) for Christmas. Hooked up new recepticle and charged each battery individually placed back in cart, hooked up cables (correctly), and placed charger on..everything sounded normal and ran for several hours (5-6ish). Tried and stumble; so hooked back to charger and just low hum and low ampmeter 0-3 and left on for the night. Next morning charger was off, disconnected, placed in drive and still only a stumble (f&r), heard solenoid click, placed charger back on and came on (hum but no reading beyond 0). Charger went off within 15-30 min.Tried again and nothing no stumble, no solenoid click. Checked recepticle fuse (good). checked batteries 51v at the pack, hooked back up to charger and quick on buzz jumps to 15 then off no buzz, and no solenoid click. Tried reset of OBC, and tried jumper on big posts on Solenoid, and both have resulted in no change. The rest you know. Hope this may help. Thanks Again!
