Default Charging A Battery Pack That Has Low Voltage

If you have a Club Car with a Powerdrive Charger and your total pack voltage is below 34 volts, the charger will not come on. To remedy this you can force the charger on by bypassing the relay inside the charger.

Attached is a condensed, single page, high res, version of the factory's charger relay bypass procedure. Download, print, take it with you to your work area. Hopefully, this will save some of you a little search time, wasted printer supplies, blown up charger/cart parts, and a few points on your blood pressure.

If you notice any typo's, missing info, etc. let me know and i'll get it revised. Cheers!

nothing really to gain by converting the photo to pdf... it actually makes the file much larger than the original jpg.

i can make it little easier to read though!
