Default 2007 48 volt club car not working

I have a 2007 club car, i checked all the batteries, all the water, wires, new solenoid, all the wires are intact, all the electronics work, such as my lights, my buzzer for going reverse, but my cart wont move, i love in the bahamas so its hard to figure out the problem, is there there a way to bypass my computer and put a speed controller on it? or reset the computer, anything to get it working, thanks

Sorry need more info on the cart. Is it a SERIES Motor ( F&R lever under right leg ) or IQ SHUNT motor ( F&R rocker type switch under right leg )? Is it Precedent model or DS model? Does it have 12 volt batterys or 8 volt batterys?
How have you tested the batterys for charge and condition ( digital meter across each battery did it read 8.49 volts fully charged? what was total pack voltage fully charged 50.96 volts? and was this at least an hour after charger turned off to allow evening out? )
After forum has needed info can advise how to procced with tests.
