Hey Dino,
Any resolution yet? You should have recieved the solenoid I sent you by now. You asked me on PM if resetting the OBC might help your situation. I don't think so since you were getting negative output to the activation circuit of the solenoid. However resetting it can't hurt so try it if you like. Post an update when you get a chance.

Tried ur solenoid and same thing doesn't go until jumped and no click

you need to get a wiring diagram for the cart and go over it either something is miswired or the keyswitch or a microswitch is bad..............

OKay I tried to check the micro switches with a meter and they read as if they were good

How did you wire the solenoid I sent you? Because it has the diode, it matters which terminal the wires are going to. The black and white wire must be attached to the small terminal marked positive (see the red sqaure with the black + in it on the right side terminal) and the yellow wire to the other small terminal.
