Did you replace the wires or reuse the old ones? Do they appear to be in good shape? Does your charger come on when you plug it in?

What is the pack voltage? Sounds like you may have something connected wrong?

Don't replace anything else until U answer these "?'s"
IT WILL SAVE U SOME $$$$$$

Have U ever seen the cart run ?
Is this cart new 2 U ?
Did U get the back of the F/R switch wet ??
Did U get water in the charge receptacle ?
What Model and year is the cart ?

When you jump the solenoid you are bypassing 2 systems.
1= solenoid activation circuit
2= solenoid contacts contiuity

Just because the cart runs with the solenoid does not mean the solenoid is bad. It could be or the the activation circuit could be incomplete.

You need to bring out the voltmeter and test a little further.
