Default Best method to washing an 06 electric club car?

Hi everyone!

I'm new here and already I have gotten alot of useful info on this forum so thanks! I have a question regarding washing my cart and the best method since I don't want to mess anything up.

It is an 06 electric club car with a 6 inch lift kit, new custom panels with headlights, horn, blinkers, etc. I also have a torque converter, backseats and I think everything else is stock.

So my question is can I just hose the whole cart down from top to bottom? Since I have all this electrical stuff I didn't want to short something out. Also is it ok to get water in where the gas and break pedals are? Sometimes dirt gets trapped in there since I do go offroading with my cart. Also what kind of car wash does everyone recommend?

Thanks in advance everyone!

Most car wash is acidic ( some of the newer green soaps maybe some better? ) so it can do damage so I use water hose without a sprayer and a cotton wash mitt. If you off road I would do Club Car recomemded lubrication ( with correct lubs ) of all pedals, steering much more often than once a year.
