Default Press gas and nothing!!!

i apologize in advance if this has been asked and answered already, but......

i have a used 2002 club cart, brand new batterys ran great no issues before parts install.

i finish installing the jakes lift kit, tires, and then installed new 4g cables, tightened and made sure not loose,

then i unbolted black cable to box thingy (not sure what its called) to clean and remove any corrosion. then re bolted and applied red battery post spray.

i pluged charger in and it started charging, i then decided to move cart and put key in put the switch to F and pressed gas and CLICK and no movement, i tried R and nothing same thing CLICK, i thought maybe cause the battery charger was on so i unplugged it and tried the F and nothing only CLICK same with R.

then i thought maybe battery dead but charge seemed okay.

the only thing i can think of is when i worked on the rear part of the lift kit i unplugged this plug that went from the cart to the motor (on the right side)
the inner part of the plug popped out, so i popped it back in... and re plugged once done. i made sure it was properly plugged.

any suggestions?...

If you had to drop the axle for lift kit install you may want to check connections on motor. I have read numerous posts on here about people not disconnecting motor and let it hang by the cables and messing up cable ends. I see where you upgraded cables. If you replaced cables after lift kit you would have most likely caught this. If so, this is just an exercise of futility.
