1998 club car electric 205/50-10 tires
I bought this 1998 Club Car Electric from a private party. He threw in 4 mounted tires 205/50-10 (low profile). Two tires are worn on the outside edge. The other two just seem as if they were just run with too low pressure (worn on the outside edges). I noticed the steering wheel is off center when driving straight. Its slanted about 1/8 turn from the score card holder being level. I am thinking the cart front is out of alignment. Is there an easy way to check? Is it an easy fix?

Re: 1998 club car electric 205/50-10 tires
"Is it an easy fix" maybe depending on problem? "Is there an easy way to check" alingment YES.
First were these tires and wheels mounted on this cart to cause wear or were they on another cart first? Tires worn on both sides could be low pressure? The other two with wear on only one side could very well have been on a out of aligment cart or one of the cheap after market lift kits?
On flat surface drive about 10' back and then forward to surface for testing with out centering steering wheel. Then pick a spot on tread nearest center on both tires. Then measure at center of spindle highth from rear of tires and then front of tires. Should measure 1/8"-1/4" LESS in Front THIS IS TOE IN
For camber check with carpenters framing square placed against outside near top of tire sidewall and flat surface on ground. There should be about 1/2 to 3/4"clearance at bottom of sidewall.
