ty gleemo, just got another 2 controllers, can hear both solenoids clicking now but still no movement.

with pedal up, theres 48V at the A1 armature terminal, when pedal closes, the whole power system drops to 0V.

also tried to feed directly 48V onto the armature from the mains in, can hear the motor emitting a frequency, but no movement. white cable from A2 to controller and dynamic braking solenoid white cable starts to heat up a lot :/

possible short in the stator or is the OBC messing me up?

I can't imagin what the %^& would be going on with the motor ,
pop it off look for obvious heat issues, try spinning it , it could be obvious !

If U need i can dig up (I think) the old bench test diagram for the motor.
let me know after U check it .
