he already did a bench test gleemo, we think that the crack in the motor might give out with loading as bench testing is no load........

ok here we go I took the motor out the second golf cart and put it in the 1993 And i have the same problem click sound and the volts drop to 0 does any one have a idea? is there a way to bypass the f+r switch to test, also would a controller box do this?
any ideas wiring diagrams would be great and thank you for your help

i will try the motor with the crack in the second cart later on

so when you press go the system drops to 0V?

do you have a controller/obc on the cart?

and i use the same changer on both carts ones a 1993 (controller) the other 1985 (with relays)

do the carts have the same type F&R setup? if so try swapping them....this cart is unreal..................................

no they are diffent the older has 3 wires plus the two the move
the 93 has 2 wires plus the two that move

try and find out what the extra wire does if thats all thats different you might be able to........is it just an extra microswitch wire?..............
