Default Cart not moving after upgrades!!

I'm towards the end (or so I thought!) of upgrading my 2001 CC DS Series cart. I upgraded the wires, motor, controller, F/R switch, and solenoid. The motor, controller, F/R switch and solenoid I got in a package deal from Plum Quick. (Assassin motor, 700 amp Logisystems controller, WR 586 solenoid, and ? HD F/R switch). I just finished installing everything and hooked up the batteries to test if it would run before I finish putting the body on. Well it would not run! I am getting the reverse buzzer and the solenoid is clicking when I hit the pedal in forward and reverse, but cart doesn't even try to move. Need help with how to proceed and check things. I took voltmeter readings at the battery side of the solenoid and am getting pack voltage (currently 50.6 volts but am charging them now). What would be the next step to see why the motor isn't getting the juice to run? I am attaching some pictures of the wiring of the solenoid (The WR was a little different than the stock, but I think I have it wired correctly with the diode on the correct coil terminal). Please take a look and would appreciate any help or suggestions!!!

Thank you in advance!

Have you confirmed that large leads on solenoid are pack voltage when it clicks? I have seen some after market solenoids that dont make internal contact right out of the box?
Not able to confirm wiring in pictures to F&R control so "factory color wiring" is as follows
White with bridge across lower 2 lugs to A-2 on motor
Blue to F&R upper right side and to "M" on controller
Orange to right side of swivel plate to S-1 on motor
ANOTHER Blue left side of swivel plate to S-2 on motor
Green on solenoid output post to B PLUS on controller and A-1 on motor

nice lugs! what size bolt is that through the obc?

i dont see anything obvious... are the +/- to the solenoid coil polarity sensitive?

Are you getting voltage on the controller side of the solenoid once the solenoid is made?

Thanks for replying Mec and plum quick! Just checked solenoid and I am getting pack voltage on controller side of it when the pedal is pushed. So it seems to be activating. What next?

That's a 5/16" piece of all thread through the obc. Got that idea from the plum quick forum! I'm wondering if resetting the obc might work?

I would go over your F&R wiring again and check against factory colors I posted before.
Good to know about all thread through OBC for HD cables as would solve problems. If solenoid is closing resetting OBC wont help. Thanks to you and PQ for info.

I have verified that wiring from f/r switch to motor is correct per 2001 wiring diagram with a mocr. The assassin motor terminals were different orientation than my stock motor (s1/a1 and s2/a2 together on stock, while s1/a2 and s2/a1 on assassin). But wired the same from f/r so issue there I don't believe.

Are you getting positive pack voltage to the small red wire on the controller when or before the solenoid clicks? This powers up the controller.

Hey scottyb thanks for the help. Just checked what you suggested. I checked the red wire on terminal 1 on the controller and when I hit the pedal it went to 48 volts and held solid. Pack voltage is reading high at 51.6. I was charging it a little while ago and pulled it off charger when I starting testing voltages on the solenoid. It was originally reading 50.6 when I first tried it.
