Site sponsors are always a good deal down the road if you have issues, and they support this great resource.

Ebay supports Ebay.

Ill poke around the site sponsors Thanks
Serial number is A9804-643799
not sure what gleemo is referring too. It is the model that came with the back seats already installed and storage under the seat.
Did you get a chance to look at the speed numbers I posted
Thanks Again
Gil

2002 Club DS
new batteries put in today. Bateery light coming on for approx 30 secs solid amber than in goes of and comes on for approx 6 seconds amber, than off for approx 6 seconds than balck on for approx 30 seconds again.
This pattern repeats

just checked serial and model # 9804 so I guess its born date was April 98
I noticed at on point 2 hours ago the charger came on and stayed at around 5Vs than went back off and the light pattern started again.
Book talks about charging for 16 hours first time. Am I just impatient. Don't want to ruin new batteries though

Just got back from 45min ride plus last night 30 min ride. Resetting OBC and getting ready to try charger again.
Also have speed question.
Cleaned the speed controller and checked throttle linkage. Looks like full travel
It is a 89 club ds Villager
here are the speed I got. Are they normal
steep uphill 7mph
gradual uphill 9mph
slight uphill 11mph
level ground 13 mph
slight down hill 15 mph
down hill 25 mph
Again thanks for all the help
Ill post charger findings soon

Perhaps gleemo confused

sorry Gleemo
First post was wrong. Had to look at the serial number. Typo on post #10

Now that you have pointed all that out do you have anything constructive to add.
Thanks
Gil

Yeah I'm thinking you won't get a whole lot of "constructive" with that comment. It's your cart bro, they can't give you good advice without the proper info.
