But that being said if some one , looped the cable under the mounting rail through the OBC and then again to the solinoid it would have the same result "backwards".

It would ONLY cause the problem if via re-routing the cable the Negative Post electronically became on the WRONG side of the OBC and Current was flowing the wrong way through the OBC's inductive pickup.

I was reading something earlier about the OBC having a fuse that protects it. Is this the fuse in the Yellow shielding or plastic sleeve right behind the F/R switch (inside the battery compartment) on a 2000+ CC DS?

On your model it would be the fuse right behind the F/R switch in a yellow rubberish fuse holder. This fuse has to be replaced by one from club car, stand auto fuse is will not work.

Alright GLEEMO since she has been doing fine...charging and no dang blinking light I have decided to go ahead and start her next mod! Next phase: Good bye canopy, basket and stock windshield. Enter new Motor, Low Pro rubber with 12" rims (chrome), front end alignment and additional leaf spring support in the rear. Projecting mph...if it goes well enter new custom windshield and some chrome bars behind driver and pasenger...forget what they are called. I'll post pic's.
