Default Wire burning

the black wire coming out of the back of the charge plug burnt up and the third positive battery terminal burnt up. Whats going on?

most likely corrosion. the battery cable could have worked loose and burned.

corrosion will cause resistance, loose terminals cause resistance. if you pull current through a resistor the result is heat. to avoid this in the future, check that all terminals are clean & tight, wires feel flexible (not stiff), use a corrosion preventive product like corrosion x, boshield or no-ox-id.

The older CC use the 3rd positive battery terminal for the reverse half power connection. Like they said it is likely this is where you had a loose connection. That will cause arching and heat enough to easily melt the lead terminal. The black wire coming out of the charger receptacle is the Negative cable and should be going to pack main on battery #6 under the driver's seat. that could be a separate problem with a similar origin, loose / dirty connection.
