Thanks for wiring diagram I will study it later today.
To check the F&R should be fairly simple? Just remove center pivot rod and the 2 parts should seperate as it could be possibly repaired with flat brass stock? Been along time since I torn one that old down??

Did some more testing last nite. Explain this one if you can. with all batteries back in and everything hooked up i put my negative voltmeter wire on the #6 battery and touch the positive to the master solenoid big post put cart in reverse and it reads 37 volts. shift it in to forward and o volts. Even in reverse tho with 37volts none of the solenoids clicked when i pressed the gas pedal?

We really can not help you until you post a diagram of this cart!?

You have a one up drive system none of have seen (your own invention) and you are asking us why it does this or that? Really?
I can fix '87 CC in my sleep. but we haven't a clue what you are working with.......

SCOTTYB he posted the diagram as listed on post #23. Its fairly good and so far I am having a little problems as not all wiring is there?
BIGBEAR1504-I think the reason you dont have voltage in forward is poor internal contacts in F&R control.
It looks like you have either no connection through the #1 micro switch that feeds power to rest of solenoids OR no power going to #1 solenoids?
Note in one picture it looks like your master kill switch cable has much smaller guage? Not that it will stop solenoid from closing but could cut power to whole system?

so replacing the f/r switch may help? I have torn it all down and cleaned all connections but it is still in pretty rough shape. The only wiring missing i believe is my other charging port which does only that charge batterys 1-3. What else is missing?
