Start with basics and check battery condition with digital volt meter and post results.
Remove and clean all 6 guage cable connections to be clean and tight.
Forum needs voltage and model F&R ( lever or switch under right leg?

bug jumps , is that a technical term

Sounds like U have low voltage on batteries or a loose wire causing the voltage to be less than 50 volts

this might sound silly, but did you charge it?

does the needle on the charger move when its plugged in?

its possible that you think its charged, but something could be causing the charger not to function properly. this is how i got my cart for $500. my roommate couldn't figure out my it was "bug jumping" and gave up on it.

every sparkie owner needs a digital meter to test batteries with .
Does not heve to be an expemsive one $10-$20.
