Default 3+4 Offset on a Precedent

I want to put some wheels on my 2007 Precedent. Has anyone used a 3+4 offset 12x7 inch wheel with low profile tires without lifting or making any modifications out there. I hear Precedents usually need either a 12x6 or 4+3, 5+2 offset. Let me know if anyone out there has done this...thanks!
