What do you think???
I have a chance to purchase a green 2008 36v precedent cart with one year old batterys. It will also have a new flip down back seat, speed chip, recessed head and tail lights, windshield and new seats skins on it for $2650.00 which includes delivery and detailed from a dealer. Do you thinks it a good price?? I got it down from $2850.00!!! Thanks Kenn

Re: What do you think???
Sorry Precedents only come in 48 volts in 2 configurations ( 8 volt batterys "4" distilled water fill holes OR 12 volt "6" distilled water fill holes ) I personally dont like the shorter life and range of 12 volt batterys AND CLUB CAR HAS DROPPED THEM IN FAVOR OF 8 volt batterys. Besides dealers in my area are selling 12 volt carts cheaper to get rid of them??? NOT A BARGAIN IN MY OPINION?

Re: What do you think???
Mine was an 06 with 08 batteries in it with nothing extra but a flip down back seat. I paid $2100 for it including the charger. I never see a precedent newer than an 06 for less than 2k around here. I had to pay a little more because I wanted a black one and not a plain golf course off-white color. They may not cost anymore to build in a different color but they are harder to come by so they can charge a little more. I think your price is good considering the age and the accessories it comes with.
I've added a light kit, stereo with speakers, lift kit, wheels and tires. In other words, I'm probably about 1K more out of pocket since I bought it. I know prices vary with region as well as season but I've seen carts very similar to mine, except most don't come with stereo, for sale in my area, recently, for as much as $4200, and that's on craigslist, not a dealer. I've not seen any lower than $3500. |

Re: What do you think???
That's a good price for a 2008 PDS cart with all those options.
The options alone are valued at about $800. |
