You didn't say the magic word. How rude.

Only once before as far as I know. It was this past month and the next group buy on that particular item will have a price increase due to all the time the SITE SPONSOR had to spend on it.

Group buys are as different as forums are different. What works at a Jeep forum might not work so well here. This hobby is cutthroat already. Customer service is the deciding factor in my purchases. If I need an oil filter, I'll shop price as they all sell the same unit. If I need performance parts or upgrades, I'm gonna go to a site sponsor for the SERVICE I want. Saving $24 isn't so important when I can't get answers. Oil filters are self explanatory...

The manufacture and I are in discussion about this. There are a few things to be hammered out.

This will be for 4 wheel brake kits only.
Spindle cores will be required in advance.
There will be no free freight.

After spending an hour on this yesterday the manufacture came down $20 on a 4 wheel set. ($775 list) if I come down another $20 that is $735 plus shipping which is about $45 a set(actual cost).
There just isn't a big profit in this product to allow for the kind of deep discounts the original poster thought there would be... best case scenario is free freight.
And then there is the logistics of getting 10 people to pull the spindles off of their carts on the same weekend and ship them to Ca. BEFORE any brakes go out.

scottyb, thanks a bunch for trying to get this done, it does not look like there was much interest anyway with the amount of views looking at this thread and nobody else stepping up,I would be happy with free shipping, but we are 9 short so
