Could someone please tell me what is an MCOR ? Thank you ,I know it is going to be some thing simple lol

MCOR is a throttle position indicator device.
Basically it tells the Motor speed control what the position of the gas peddle is so the controller knows how much amperage to feed the motor to achieve the desired speed etc.

Hey guys, I just completed a rebuild with Trojan T-890s and a D&D high torque motor and have the older (2000 CC DS) stepped potentiometer. The upgrade made the stepped response of that pot much more noticeable - is the MCOR a contunious pot that provides smooth (not stepped) speed response to throttle pressure and is it interchangeable with the earlier stepped pot?

Yes on both questions. The Mcor is a true potentiometer and the step is not which is why you feel the steps as you accelerate.
There is a conversion Kit. Or you can just remove the V-glide and install a Potentiometer like we do on our resistor to Solid state upgrades.

Mine doesn't have one of them lol .Are they only on the petrol motor ones.?
