Help!! Club Car does not know whats wrong

Ok, I posted a post that I have a 2005 48 v Precedent and with the key out and in the off postion, it is still alive and will go FWD or in RV? Club Car has changed out the keyswitch, MCOR, OBC,....what's next? I have told them about changing the Keyswitch SRO to "diable" on the IQ Handset but they are a little reluctant to try that?

What will that exaclty do? Is that a bandaid to cover another problem or the actual problem? Sounds like to me a short somewhere in the harness??

I am also experiencing every once in a while the cart will not go anywhere after I come to a complete stop or change from FWD to REV or REV to FWD? The key is in and turned to the on position.

First thing I would try is to pull the dash and disconnect the harness.
see if that stops the problem.
The key switch gets power from the controller and then sends it back to the controller and this is 5vdc.

Next I would disconnect the 19 pin connector from the controller and make sure there is no dirt rust anything on the controller pins or socket (both sides of the socket) or moisture.

maybe wash it out with WD-40 or contact cleaner or throttle body cleaner be careful some of these may start eating at the connectors.

Lets see where you are after these !!
